Public Employees Retirement Association of New Mexico ("PERA") invites submittal of sealed, responsive proposals from qualified Offerors for illiquid investment consulting services (direct commitment of capital or funding investments in less liquid vehicles). As explained in more detail in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), PERA requests that Offerors respond to this solicitation by submitting formal acknowledgements of Minimum Qualifications (“MQs”) and a proposal for services in accordance with the deadlines described in the Procurement Schedule that is set forth in Part IV (E) of this RFP. PERA expects to select one or more proposals by no later than December 31, 2024, and execute a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) thereafter. PERA, in its discretion, may reject all proposals.
