Sacramento County Employees' Retirement System ("SCERS") invites submittal of sealed, responsive proposals from qualified Offerors for custody services . As explained in more detail in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), SCERS requests that Offerors respond to this solicitation by submitting formal acknowledgements of Minimum Qualifications (“MQs”) and a proposal for services in accordance with the deadlines described in the Procurement Schedule that is set forth in this RFP. SCERS expects to select one or more proposals by no later than March 31, 2025, and execute a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) thereafter. SCERS, in its discretion, may reject all proposals.
